Transportation policy

Clear terms so there are no surprises — for you or for us.

Pricing
  • Base fare: $10.00
  • Mileage rate: $3.50 per mile
  • Minimum fare: $25.00
  • Hourly service: $60.00 per hour (2-hour minimum)
  • Waiting time: First 15 minutes complimentary, then $1.00/minute
  • Tolls, parking, and airport fees are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Reservations
  • Advance reservations are recommended.
  • Same-day bookings are accepted based on availability.
  • You'll receive confirmation once your trip is accepted.
Cancellations
  • More than 12 hours before pickup: No charge
  • 2–12 hours before pickup: $20 cancellation fee
  • Less than 2 hours before pickup: $50 cancellation fee
  • No-show: $50 fee or the minimum trip fare, whichever is greater
Airport service
  • Flight status is monitored when flight information is provided.
  • Complimentary waiting time: 30 minutes for domestic flights, 45 minutes for international flights
  • Additional waiting time is charged at $1.00 per minute.
Vehicle care

To keep our vehicle clean and comfortable for every passenger:

  • No smoking or vaping.
  • No illegal drugs or open alcoholic beverages.
  • Please consume food and drinks carefully.
  • Excessive cleaning or damage caused by a passenger may result in an additional charge.
Safety
  • All passengers must wear seat belts.
  • Child safety seats must be provided by the customer unless arranged in advance.
  • The driver may decline service if a passenger's behavior creates a safety concern.
Payment
  • Payment is due at the completion of the trip unless prepaid.
  • Accepted methods: major credit/debit cards, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, and cash (subject to availability).

  • Contact details: name, phone number, and email address you provide when booking.
  • Trip details: pickup and drop-off addresses, requested date and time, and any notes you add for your driver.
  • Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers (Stripe and Square). EconomyElite does not store your card number.
How we use your information
  • To confirm, schedule, and complete your trip.
  • To contact you about your booking — by email, text, or phone.
  • To calculate fares and process payment.
  • To improve our service and respond to questions or concerns.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Who we share it with
  • Payment processors (Stripe, Square) to complete transactions securely.
  • Mapping and routing services (Google Maps) to calculate distance and fare estimates.
  • We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep your information

Booking and trip records are kept as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes. You may request that we delete your contact information from our records at any time, subject to any records we're required to retain by law.
